Return and Refund Policy

1. Right of return (14 days)

In accordance with European consumer protection legislation, you have the right to return products within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without having to justify the decision.

2. Conditions for return

For the return to be accepted, the products must meet the following conditions:

• Products must be in their original condition, unused and undamaged
• The original packaging must be intact
• All labels and accessories must be included
• Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned

3. How to return a product

To return a product, follow these steps:

• Contact us at contact@univergo.ro within 14 days of receiving the product
• Indicate the order number and the reason for the return
• You will receive instructions for the return and the return address
• Send the product to the indicated address

4. Return costs

• Return under the right of withdrawal (14 days): The customer bears the shipping costs for the return
• Defective products or shipping errors: UNIVERGO bears the shipping costs

5. Refund processing

After receiving and verifying the returned product:

• You will be notified via email about the acceptance or rejection of the return
• If the return is accepted, the refund will be processed within 14 business days
• The refund is made using the same payment method used for the order
• Initial shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective products)

6. Defective or damaged products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

• Contact us immediately at contact@univergo.ro
• Send photos of the defective product
• You will receive a replacement product or a full refund
• UNIVERGO bears all return and re-shipping costs

7. Shipping errors

If you receive the wrong product:

• Contact us at contact@univergo.ro
• You will receive the correct product at no extra cost
• UNIVERGO bears the return and re-shipping costs

8. Products excluded from return

The following products cannot be returned:

• Customized or made-to-order products
• Sealed products opened by the customer (for reasons of hygiene or health)
• Products damaged by the customer

9. Order cancellation

You can cancel your order before the products are shipped by contacting us at contact@univergo.ro. After the order has been shipped, the standard return policy applies.
