When sealing really matters, the material matters just as much. Our industrial gaskets are manufactured from premium technical materials, selected for their superior chemical, thermal, and mechanical resistance — suitable for the most demanding applications in the oil, chemical, food, hydraulic industries, and more.

• Pros: Excellent for contact with oils, greases, and fuels. It is the industry's "workhorse" material due to its low cost and good mechanical resistance.
• Cons: Its resistance decreases rapidly under the action of UV rays and ozone (not recommended for outdoor use).
• Synonyms: Nitrile rubber, Perbunan, Hycar.

• Pros: Exceptional resistance to high temperatures (+200°C) and aggressive chemical substances (acids, bases). It does not degrade in sunlight (UV) or ozone.
• Cons: Although it resists almost anything, it is sensitive to superheated steam and some polar solvents (such as acetone)
• Synonyms: Fluoroelastomer, Fluorel, Tecnoflon.
• For these environments, WE have the solution:
• FFKM - total resistance, including to acetone
• (Perfluoroelastomer)

• Pros: Extreme flexibility at low temperatures (-60°C) and resistance to heat. It is neutral (food-safe and medical-grade), leaves no odor or taste, and is highly water-resistant.
• Cons: It has low mechanical resistance (it tears or cuts easily), so it is not ideal for dynamic applications (moving parts).
• Synonyms: Silicone rubber, Silastic.

• Pros: Best for hot water, steam, antifreeze, and brake fluid. Extremely resistant to aging and outdoor weather conditions.
• Cons: It is the champion of resistance to weathering, ozone, and aging (ideal for outdoor use).
• Synonyms: Dutral, Keltan, Vistalon.

• Pros: Chemically inert (it reacts with almost nothing) and has an extremely low coefficient of friction (it is very "slippery"). It withstands temperatures from cryogenic levels up to +260°C.
• Synonyms: Polytetrafluoroethylene, Fluon, Algoflon.

• Pros: Combines the oil resistance of NBR with superior mechanical strength and greater thermal stability (up to +150°C).
• Synonyms: Therban, Zetpol.
