CCV-T Circulating Valve

The CCV-T Circulating Valve is a locked-open / locked-closed valve that serves as both circulating valve and bypass. It is used with set-down type packers.

The CCV-T Circulating Valve can be run directly above the packer or further up the workstring. The valve automatically locks in the closed position when the packer sets. During testing or squeezing operations, the lock prevents the valve from being pumped open.

The CCV-T Circulating Valve is closed by picking up, rotating 1/4 turn to the right, then setting down. The valve is opened by setting down, holding right-hand torque, and picking up. If desired, after picking up, the tubing can be rotated 1/4 turn to the left to lock the valve open.

• Can be locked closed when the packer is unset to reverse fluid around the bottom of the packer
